Q: What do I need to run the plugin? You will need either FireFox 3.0+ (pc or mac) or IE 7.0+ (running on a pc).

Note: Our IE version is currently unavailable because we are dealing with some IE compatibility issues.

Q: Do you offer any Guarantees? Yep, we do. If you do not like it and you already paid for it, just send us an email and we will refund your last monthly payment in full. But try it out first through the free trial download before you buy it.

Q: If I buy it, can I use it on more than one computer? Sure. If you are using our tool for personal use, you can use it from any computer you like. From your My Account page you can have access to all of your downloads.
