Q: What do I need to run the plugin. You will need either FireFox 2.0+ or IE 6.0+ (running on a pc). Our FireFox version is compatible with a Mac.
Q: How do I install it? Visit the download page, select your browser type and follow the instructions provided. It's easy. And if you have any problems, shoot us an email.
Q: Do you offer any Guarantees? Yep, we do. If you do not like it and you already paid for it, just send us an email and we will give all of your money back. But try it out first through the free trial download before you buy it.
