Support

We release new updates of the CraigsToolbox Plug-In at a quick pace so your problem may be solved quite easily by running updates for Firefox add-ons. Learn how to run updates

  • I installed it, now what do I do?

Start browsing Craigslist™! Everything is all set to go. CraigsToolbox will appear as a blue bar at the bottom of your screen when you browse a section of Craigslist™.

  • How do I run updates?

    If you use FireFox:

    1. Open Firefox and navigate to Tools > Add-Ons and select Find Updates.
    2. Firefox will need to restart after this update.

    If you use Chrome:

    1. Open Chrome and select the Wrench Icon to the right of the omni-bar
    2. Select Tools > Extensions
    3. Select Uninstall below CraigsToolbox
    4. After that log in to CraigsToolbox and select Download from the main menu
  • What browsers are supported?

  • I have two home computers, can I install it on both?

    Sure!

Go through the sign up and install process on one computer. Then, on the second computer, log in and navigate to the My Account page on and re-download the plugin.

  • Why am I only seeing some of the images inline?

If you have the free version of CraigsToolbox you are limited to previewing images for the first fifteen posts. Consider upgrading to one of the subscription plans where this feature is not limited. The Basic Account is $9.99/year and the Pro Account is only $19.99/year.

If neither images or text are appearing inline navigate to the Settings Menu in CraigsToolbox, then the Preview Settings tab. Make sure that these features are switched on, and that the number of images showing is set to 2. Select the close icon to save and refresh the page.

  • How do I purchase it?

Just go to the try it page and select the version you would like to sign up for.

    It's really that easy.

  • I am not sure which version is right for me, can I upgrade later?

    Absolutely.

You can upgrade at any time by logging in and navigating to the My Account page.

  • Is there any kind of satisfaction gauruntee?

Of course. We give you 30 days from the time of purchase to ask for a reimbursement. If you aren't satisfied with the plugin please shoot us an e-mail: Support@CraigsToolbox.com. Upon receiving your e-mail we will downgrade your account to the Free package and issue a reimbursement for your purchase.

  • It's not working!

    Sorry about that.

If you have a Free or Basic account try:

    1. Upgrading to the latest version of Firefox
    2. Uninstalling the plugin
    3. And finally re-downloading and installing the plugin

This will solve 99% of issues you will encounter.

If you have a Pro Account first try the solution posted above. If that doesn't work you can always contact us directly via phone or e-mail. Our contact information is posted in the My Account page. Support is provided M-F 9am-5pm (PST).
